Introduction to latex and precautions:
Description: Latex balloons have better elasticity and can float in the air for about 6-8 hours after being filled with helium
Note:
1. Different monitors will have color difference, so the color of the picture is for reference only.
2. Please inflate according to the specified size of the balloon, over-inflation will cause a burst.
3. Direct sunlight, high temperature expansion, excessive friction, slaps, or sharp objects contacting the surface will cause bursts.
4. The product is mass-produced or a small amount of defective products may appear. It is recommended to purchase 5% as a spare.
5. Anti-sticking powder will appear on the surface of the balloon. We don't recommend blowing with your mouth.

The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our shop. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Except for printing and custom-made products in 2-3 days, other existing products can be prepare within half a day.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our shop to your destination. In addition, the transit time depends on where you're located. If you use Local Courier delivery in 2 to 3 days, other shipping methods can be delivered on the same day.

Shipping Terms:
1. If the customer need to change the order, delivery address, or delivery time, please notify one working day before delivery.
2. When the No. 8 Gale hoisted or black rainstorm warning at the commencement, delivery date maybe delay.
3. If customer did not pick up the goods when driver arrived, there will be additional cost on delivery re-arrangement.
4. All issues related to the goods, please call customer service contact directly at 3568-7326.
5. In order to avoid the delay of goods, it would be better to arrange the payment immediately after order placed.
6. due to unpredictable road/weather conditions, driver may not arrival on specific time, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
7. After the goods receipt, please be sure to the items and number of goods are correct.
8. Lining up, loading into the cargo handling area, and airport, funeral home or dock...etc, there will be additional charge .
9. Transportation costs do not include moving up/downstairs.
