Delivery Information

We provide 6 delivery methods:

  1. Self Pickup
    Address: Flat P, 6/F., Phase 3, Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, 448-456 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong
    ( Kwun Tong MTR Station D4 Exit walking about 1-minute )

  2. Van Freight Prepaid (door-to-door delivery)
    Kowloon $250 up / Hong Kong Island or New Territories $450 up / Special Districts $550 up

  3. Van Freight Collected (delivery to Roadside only)*
    Call Lalamove Charges can be referred to

  4. Delivery w/Helium Tank (Only applicable to the purchase of helium tanks)

  5. Local Courier : SF Freight Collected
    Charges can be referred to (Not applicable for inflated balloons and helium tank)

  6. Local Courier : SF Freight - Prepaid (door-to-door delivery)
    $42 up (Not applicable for inflated balloons and helium tank)

Lalamove Charges is not included parking & tunnel fees , another payment.

Upon completion of the packaging of goods, we will call the Customer to arrange delivery,

The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our shop. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Except for printing and custom-made products in 2-3 days, other existing products can be prepare within half a day.

Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our shop to your destination. In addition,  the transit time depends on where you're located. If you use Local Courier delivery in 2 to 3 days, other shipping methods can be delivered on the same day.

Shipping Terms:

1. If the customer need to change the order, delivery address, or delivery time, please notify one working day before delivery.

2. When the No. 8 Gale hoisted or black rainstorm warning at the commencement, delivery date maybe delay.

3. If customer did not pick up the goods when driver arrived, there will be additional cost on delivery re-arrangement.

4. All issues related to the goods, please call customer service contact directly at 3568-7326.

5. In order to avoid the delay of goods, it would be better to arrange the payment immediately after order placed.

6. due to unpredictable road/weather conditions, driver may not arrival on specific time, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

7. After the goods receipt, please be sure to the items and number of goods are correct.

8. Lining up, loading into the cargo handling area, and airport, funeral home or dock...etc, there will be additional charge .

9. Transportation costs do not include moving up/downstairs.
